I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they spoke English fluently.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Was in a good location, near subway, altho taxis cheap. Young man who cleaned did his best, and one girl in restaurant for breakfast was nice.
Not enough English spoken, sometimes a mission to sort anything. Breakfast is not of a good standard, not enough food. Was hard to get them to refil juice, coffee, cereal, and never bread to make toast. That was all there was as a western breakfast. Man who arranged tours spoke little English.

Staff are very welcoming, helpful and cheerful. Hotel is in a vey good location in the middle of the city, it is a one minute walk from the underground metro station, however, the good places of beijing are 2 stations away from the hotel. The breakfast was very good.
The rooms are very small, with no view at all, just a wall or a dirty roof, and the rooms floor is not clean, the Air conditioner is not working. the Internet is very slow.

This was the first stop on our China trip and found that the staff were helpful, although we could not speak Chinese. They arranged for us to get on a tour, were helpful in directing us to places we needed to get to.
We were advised that we could use the computer in the business office; however the business office was never open when we went by it.

Is a quite good ellection given the level of acomodation in Beijing. Very good location, room, breakfast and possible to understand in english with more than a half of the employees ( not perfect and not all of them ). Summing up, price is not the best ( but not bad at all ), but it was what we wanted without knowing Beijing previously, a sure ellection to be quiet and easy.
They put the 15% surplus in the final bill. The room was quite clean (also the bathroom, with bath) but, as is normal in that country it seems, under the bed is worst (not horrible however) . One morning, just in the front of the hotel it was the police because some blood in the ground, appearing to be of last night street struggle, but the neighborhood is completely normal and the hotel in a main street. The english of empleyees is in a border line to make possible understanding simply, but 2 or 3 of them.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the location near downtown and the metro station. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing directions and instructions to taxi drivers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view over the hutong district. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of both Western and Chinese dishes.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The nearest subway station is just around the corner. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby as well. We had a room with on the third floor with a lovely view of the hutong. Breakfast was edible, but a big selection of local specialties was not western taste. There is a large but pricey souvenir shop on premises. Staff was polite and helpful. They didn’t charge us for the first night as we arrived early in the morning, which was a nice gesture.
There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Free Internet is available in the reception / lobby area and the signal strength and connection speed is very bad. The cleanliness of the room was only satisfactory. Bathroom door was filthy and the carpet floor could have used some thorough vacuuming.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway. Cheap.
Hotel needs to be updated! The room was not very clean. The maid argued with me when I wanted the bedsheets changed! Staff at the front desk was nice and helpful but spoke very little english (a couple spoke good). Beds were very hard, the floor were more comfortable... No, look elsewhere, this hotel was not pleasant in any way.
